A Path suitable for everyone, to walk, breathe, listen and meditate with Nature.

On this Path you can find places for the Bare Feet Trial, (barefoot proprioceptive walking), for Natural Kneipp, (walking a stretch of water barefoot), you can completely relax in the Chamber of Inner Silence (a place of absolute tranquillity where you can pause in silence to breathe, to admire the wonders of nature, to meditate or simply to disconnect from everyday life, the place of peace and serenity), you can stop at the Buddhist Temple of Lagorai Tenryuzanji and meet, if you are lucky, the monk Ven. Seiun, you can sit and read a book, you can bring your own plant to be placed in the Avenue of Essences: there are twenty-one Holistic Wellness Stations, each with its own characteristic that will provide an unforgettable experience for visitors to the Path.

Turn-by-turn directions

From the parking, reach the square of Cinte Tesino. Following the signs, walk down on your left: the street from asphalt turns in dirt road. Along the way you will find panels, which invite you to meditate and think about nature and yourself.  When you arrive at the Grigno river, turn right, always on the dirt road, until you reach the Buddhist Temple Tenryuzanji.  Keep on for about 1,5 km on the road and then follow the sign through paths and dirt roads until tyou reach "Pian de Mela". Then the walk come back to the centre of the village on an asphalt road.

If you want, you can take a detour to visit the beginning of the "Forra del Grigno" (the waterfall Apocalypse Now, famous by the experts of canyoning) or with equipment you can walk to the "Ponte del Diaolo" (Devil's Bridge), a big stone stuck between the high walls, carved by the Grigno river.
