Auf der Wanderung von Lajen zur Trostburg trifft man auf das angebliche Geburtshaus von Walther von der Vogelweide

Start der Wanderung ist an Lajen Dorfplatz. Über den Wanderweg Nr. 35 geht es hinunter nach Lajen Ried, vorbei am Geburtshaus von Walther v.d.Vogelweide. Der Markierung weiter folgen nach Waidbruck und über den Rittersteig zur Trostburg des Minnesängers Oswald von Wolkenstein. Auf dem Aufstiegweg zurück nach Waidbruck und von dort mit dem Linienbus nach Lajen.
