In the midst of noble groves
The 1st stage of the Eisacktaler Keschtnweg leads from Neustift to Feldthurns.

The Keschtnweg is an easy hike that can be divided into individual sections. The multi-day hiking route across the low mountain terraces of the lower Eisack Valley is uniformly well signposted with "Keschtnweg". The Keschtnweg starts at the Augustinian canons' monastery in Neustift and leads briefly along the right bank of the Eisack to the north-west. Then through the fields south-west to Ehrenreicher near Gols. Follow the road downhill to Vahrn. Here along the Spilucker Bach stream uphill to the Vahrner Kastanienhain (chestnut grove). At the third bridge, turn left to Schalderer Strasse, in the centre of Vahrn downhill and on Salerner Strasse into the forest. Slightly descending and ascending on a forest path to the fields of the Neuhäusler farm and steeply up to the Burger. Over the terraces of the Oberebner and Eder farms to the Villscheider farm and on asphalt uphill to the Breitwieser at the Cyrillushügel. Continue to Zimmermann and from there along the road to Pinzagen. On
