Mölten is embedded in mountain meadows and oriented towards the sun and the mountain Tschögglberg. It is centrally located and only a short drive away from Meran and Bozen.

The hike from Mölten to the rist. Tschaufen is beautiful. There are a lot to found for everyone. The natural environment is change along the hike.

Start at the parking Proher in Verschneid haking trail nr. 2 to the restaurant Tschaufen. Alternatively, you can also hike from the center of Mölten to Verschneid the way nr. 4 and nr. 4B to the Proher parking, and then to the Tschaufen

Getting there

If you come by car from Brennero, take the motorway A22 until the exit "Bozen Süd". Here you can take the highway MeBo in direction to Merano (SS38) until you reach the exit of Terlano. At Terlano begins the mountain road to Mölten. In /Frassineto Verschneid, first village by the church high and then right away to the parking Proher.
