Day 1 - From the mountain station of the Texel cable car to the Rifugio Cima Fiammante (Lodnerhütte)
Via the Texelbahn cable car (Jun - Sept 6:00 am - 7:00 pm - Thur and Sun from 07:00 am ) to Mount Gigglberg (1,536 m). On route 24 (Merano high route) to Nassereto-Nassereith (1,523 m). From here we take route 8 along the Rio Zielbach, walking up through the forest to the Rifugio Nassereto-Nassereith (1,523 m), continue on route no. 8 to the Zielalm hut and the Rifugio Cima Fiammante-Lodnerhütte (2,260 m, 4 hours).
You can stay overnight at Rifugio Cima Fiammante (Lodnerhütte). Open from 25 June to 30 September.
Day 2 - From Rifugio Cima Fiammante (Lodnerhütte) to the summit of Cima Rosa (Lazinser Rötlspitz) and descent
After an overnight stay (recommended) we will walk down route 7, turning left at the intersection across the small lakes, and from there walk up to the Halsljoch Pass (2,808 m, 2 hours from the refuge). Turning left (north-west) and following
