Day 4: Rif. Pisciadu - Rif. Forcella Prodoi
Day 5a: Rif. Forcella Prodoi - Cable car - Passo Prodoi
Day 5b: Passo Prodoi - Albergo Malga Ciapela
Day 6: Albergo Malga Ciapela - Rif. Laresei
Day 7: Rif. Laresei - Rif. Mulaz
Day 8: Rif. Mulaz - Rif. di Rosetta - (Via Ferrata)
Day 9: Rif. di Rosetta - Rif. Treviso (Via Ferrata)

Difficulty: Demanding & Dangerous

Warning: Beyond Rif. Mulaz this route is dangerous due to long sections of high exposure (you fall you die). Absolute sure-footedness required. Not for the faint-hearted.
Accommodation: in refuges, advance booking strongly recommended.

Notes:
Know your Limits: You must be in good physical shape and be prepared to make the daily distance in 5-10h. Be prepared to walk 4-8 hours a day.


Hike Smart: Make sure your backpack has a weight-bearing hip belt and is comfortable to carry. Limit yourself to the essentials; fully loaded, your backpack should weigh no more than 7kg (base weight, i.e., excluding water and snacks). Use hiking poles.
