Entertaining excursion to Wolfsthurn Castle Hunting and Fishing Museum

From Mareit (1032 m) on a wide, only slightly ascending path in serpentines over a grassy slope up to the eastern castle entrance (1070 m), through which you also enter the hunting museum; from the starting point about 10 minutes. Then on good paths around the south side of the castle to the west gate, through an avenue to the pretty castle pond, from there to a small fallow deer enclosure and from there on the original, particularly child-friendly nature trail, partly descending, partly flat through the forest and along the valley stream back to Mareit.
