From the mountain station, head to the Rudihütte. Then take a wide path uphill and then turn right at the fork in the path to the Rotwandküpfe exits and über a rocky ridge to the next fork. Here follow trail 100 into the Anderteralpenkar to the Elferscharte (alpine trail entrance). Continue left to the Sentinellascharte and then via the Zandonella via ferrata to the summit of the Sextner Rotwand. Descent: Follow the same path back to the starting point.
