Particularly pretty spot
Famous alpine pasture under the mighty Magerstein.

From Antholz-Mittertal (1241 m) on the old valley road north-eastwards for approx. 20 min. into the valley to the Kröll and Berger farms (approx. 1300 m), then on trail 4 in the previous direction crossing the Klamm and Rauterbach streams into the steep forest slopes below the Schwörzalm and zigzagging steeply but easily up to the hut (1658 m; bar); from the starting point 1:30 hrs. - Descent: From the Schwörzalm on the wide goods path, almost level, crossing the nearby Rauter and Klammbach streams over to the meadow with the Brennalm hut, briefly down to the Bergeralm (1623 m) and always following the signs "Antholz-Mittertal", partly on the old footpath, partly on the wide forest path through the forest slopes down to the farms and back to the starting point; from the Schwörzalm a good 1 hour.
