To the Möltner Kaser under the Stoanernen Mandln
Enjoy a hike on the Haflinger high plateau Tschögglberg.
From the car park, head in the direction of Jenesien and immediately turn left. Here you have the option of taking a short detour (5 minutes) to the Fahrer Weiher pond by following the forest road to the left. However, we follow the road until we reach a fork in the road, where we turn left uphill into an unpaved road (marked Möltner Kaser). After a good hour we reach the Möltner Joch (1733 m). We follow the E5 trail (note: sometimes also marked E4) and can enjoy the high plateau. Back in the forest, it does not take long to reach the Möltner Kaser (1763 m, open all year round, in winter only on weekends). The way back is briefly via the same path, but then in the direction of the Sattlerhütte (1609 m), which we reach in three quarters of an hour. We stay on the forest road and branch off at a fork to the left uphill. Here our circular trail closes and we come back to the Möltner Joch, where we follow the ascent trail to the car park. Trail conditions: alternating between tarred road
