To the Mölten Kaser

From the Schermoos saddle (1449 m), always follow the signs to Möltner Kaser, first on the road very briefly in the direction of Flaas, then turn left, up on the forest path to the fork not far from the small driver's pond and through larch stands and meadows up a medium steep slope to Möltner Joch (1733 m, wayside shrine; from Schermoos just under 1 hour.); now largely level on the marked path over a tree-free ridge depression, then continue in the forest and finally turn right to the Möltner Kaser (1763 m, Almschenke); from Schermoos 1:30 hrs. – Way back: From the Möltner Kaser about 20 min. on the way back, at the fork in the road turn right following the signs “Sattlerhütte” in an easy descent through the forest to the Sattlerhütte (Almschenke, 1609 m), through the forest slightly descending to the forest road branching off to the left (signpost “Schermoos car park”), on this and on the soon branching, marked footpath (again signpost) crossing mostly larch meadows to the
