At Rosskopf
The Flaner Jöchl can be visited in a leisurely circular hike.

The hike to the Flaner Jöchl starts at the mountain station of the Rosskopf cable car. First follow the signpost 19 up to the Kastellacke and then follow the signposting "Rundweg Flaner Jöchl" to the right. Walk across meadows and through sparse forest on a good path in an easy upward and northeasterly direction for about 30 minutes. In a wide bend, past some huts, the Flaner Jöchl circular trail leads back towards Begstation. After about 20-25 minutes you will reach the water reservoir of the Rosskopf ski area, and just above it is the Furlshütte (refreshment stop). From the Furlshütte it is about 20 minutes back to the starting point at the top station of the cable car.
