Take the Stickle Gasse from Schenna to Obermais and back to the starting point on the Mitterplattweg.
The circular hike starts in the centre of Schenna. Via Katnauweg you reach "Stickle Gasse", an old connecting path from Obermais to Schenna. (A plaque commemorates the Franzosenkämpfe in 1809). At the Sonnwendhof farm, continue left along the Maiser Waalweg, which leads to the Planta castle. Take the Haslerweg trail to the Oberhaslerhof farm and then the Mitterplattweg trail back to the starting point in Schenna.
