From the Karerpass you follow the 4th leg of the South Tyrolean “Perlenweg” Eggental via the meadows "Latermarwiesen" below the mountains of the same name.

Mountain and lake From the Karerpass you follow the 4th leg of the South Tyrolean “Perlenweg” Eggental to the famous Karersee and to Obereggen.
From the Karerpass you follow the slightly complicated path over some paths and along the numbers 17, 18A and 18 via the meadows Latemarwiesen and eventually n. 21 until you reach the Mitterlegeralm after approx. 1.5 hours. On path n. 11 you continue until you reach the famous Karersee. From this point you walk for another hour along the path n. 8 via easy paths until you reach the junction of the path n. 9 which you follow to reach the end of this track in Obereggen (30 minutes).
