Vom Ortszentrum von Vetzan hinauf zum Weg 13, der am Sonnenberg entlang nach Schlanders führt. Der fast ebene Weg oberhalb von Schlanders führt an den letzten Rebanlagen des Vinschgau vorbei und mündet in den Waalweg, der als “Sonnenpromenade” ausgeschildert ist. Oberhalb von Schlanders folgt der Abstieg ins Ortszentrum auf Weg Nr. 7. Zurück entweder auf dem Hinweg, oder – ab der Sportzone – auf dem Weg 12 wieder hoch bis zum eben begangenen Weg Nr. 13 und weiter bis nach Vetzan.
