Segantini Refuge, Cornisello Lakes and Val Nambrone Black Lake loop tour
The hike begins at the end of the Val Nambrone, which you take on the road from Pinzolo to Madonna di Campiglio - fourth hairpin bend, on the left, very clear signs - to continue for a few kilometres on a not too wide asphalt road and another on a dirt road. A unique panorama awaits you, one of the most beautiful in the whole of Val Rendena (for me).
.On the way you will find the Val Nambrone Refuge; drive up the entire Val Nambrone and, at a fork in the road, go left to the car park near Malga Vallina d'Amola - I recommend parking just before the malga and then continue on foot to the Segantini Refuge. After lunch at the refuge, we set off again and head towards our next destination: Lago Nero. Immediately after the hut, we cross a small suspension bridge and begin to climb steeply between rocks and boulders and then follow the mountainside on the flat. On reaching Bocchetta de l'Om, we begin the descent towards Lago Nero. From the top, you can see Lake Cornisello, which you must not reach because you would otherwise go off-piste. After reaching Lake Nera, with a due stop, to close the loop we follow the tarmac road and, at the junction, take the direction to the malga (Vallina d'Amola) where we parked the car. (at the start)
