Vom Grödner Joch (2121 m) der Markierung 2 entlang bis zur Jimmyhütte und dann weiter bis zum Cir-Joch (2469 m). Nun öffnet sich dahinter das Val de Chedul: kurzer Abstieg und Überquerung des Tales; dann weiter Aufstieg zum Crespeina-Joch auf 2528 m. Fantastischer Blick auf die gesamte Hochfläche von Puez. Nach rechts wenden und der Markierung 2A bis zum Gipfel des Sas Ciampac (2672 m) folgen. Abstieg wie Aufstieg.
