About 2000 years back. This walk in the central Pustertal valley near Ehrenburg/Kiens takes us on a journey through time.
In the village centre of Kiens at the Hotel Post/Bäckerei Gatterer (signposted), first take the main road and shortly afterwards über the Rienzbrücke. Turn left here, go under the railway underpass and follow the signs for 300 m eastwards. Then turn south and follow the path to the first buildings of Ehrenburg - continue on the asphalted road to the fork in the road at Römerstein". Turn right here and continue to the Römerstein" and shortly afterwards turn left onto a field path, which leads back to the path - parallel to the railway tracks.
