Ca. 2000 Jahre zurück. Auf eine Zeitreise führt uns dieser Spaziergang im mittleren Pustertal bei Ehrenburg/Kiens.
Im Dorfzentrum von Kiens beim Hotel Post/Bäckerei Gatterer (Beschilderung) wird zunächst die Hauptstraße und kurz danach über die Rienzbrücke. Hier links abzweigen, unter die Bahnunterführung durch und der Markierung folgen - für 300 m ostwärts. Dann biet man nach Süden ab und folgt dem Weg bis zu den ersten Gebäuden von Ehrenburg - auf asphaltierter Straße weiter bis zur Abzweigung der "Straße am Römerstein". Hier rechts ab und bis zum "Römerstein" und kurz danach links abzweigen auf eine Feldweg, der wieder zurück zum Weg - parallel den Bahngeleisen - führt. Nun in östlicher Richtung zurück zur Brücke und an den Ausgangspunkt.
