Munt da Rina Alm and Glittner Lake
This hike is ideal for all those who want to eat well, appreciate cosiness and also enjoy a "beary" view of the South Tyrolean mountains.
By car, drive to the Welschellen sports field. From Welschellen über the marked forest path (no. 26) in a westerly direction upwards, partly leaving the forest path and following the hiking trail. You reach the Munt da Rina Alm after about 1.5 hours. If you feel like it, you can stop for a bite to eat or continue the hike to Lake Glittner. From Glittner See, the trail then descends to the Turnaretscher hut and from there back to the Munt da Rina alpine pasture. The path down to the starting point is the same as the ascent path.
