Mt. Venda trail nr. 9

The trail starts in via Sottovenda at the recently renovated Casa Marina, Visitor Center and Naturalistic Education workshop of Colli Euganei Regional Park; the dirt road leads slightly uphill, with large bends and a landscape made of vineyards and cherry trees. On the right, toward the top of Mt. Venda, the ruins of the ancient Olivetani Monastery are clearly visible. Leave the detour to the "G.G.Lorenzoni" trail on your left and walk along a fence: the trail goes on, wide and panoramic, on the Marco, Fasolo, Gemola, Rusta and Lozzo hills; on the valley floor, the village of Faedo is visible.
