The arromatic mixture of spicy South Tyrolean food and of light mediterranean dishes is framed by cordial hospitality. From the traditional "Jausenbrettl" with Speck, over plates with Kanederli or asparagus dishes, to cakes made of buckwheat - the restaurant shows South Tyrol from a traditional side. Only fresh and regional products are used. The menu depends on the seasons.
