At the foot of the Kesselkogel.
This wonderful circular hike, where we hike at the foot of the Kesselkogel, takes us deep into the legendary realm of King Laurin.

Starting from the Ciampedie plateau - accessible from Vigo di Fassa mwith the Catinaccio/Rosengarten cable car - follow trail no. 540 to the Vajolet Valley. In about 45 minutes you reach the Gardecciahütte (1,950 m) and from here you hike in a northerly direction, following trail no. 583. The Scalettesteig (trail no. 583) leads over the Passo delle Scalette into the Laussa valley. Past the "Forcella dei Camosci" you climb up to the Antermoia refuge and on to "Passo Antermoia" (2,726 m). At the foot of the highest peak of the Rosengarten group, the 3,004 m high Kesselkogel, we climb in a westerly direction down to "Passo Principe" (2,600 m). At the crossroads we turn left and follow trail marker no. 584 and the signs "Rifugio Vajolet" and "Rifugio Preuss". Along trail no. 546 we go through the Vajolet valley and past the Gardecciahütte üvia trail 540 back to the high plateau Ciampedie. With the cable car (or on foot üvia trail no. 544) you will then reach the car park of the cable car
