Hike to Mount Gratschenberg

• Hiking time: 1h 40min • Trail numbers: 7 • Starting from the square Brunngasse in the village centre of Teis (962 m), follow the slightly ascending asphalted road and enjoy the beautiful view of the surroundings of Teis, of the other side of Eisacktal/Valle Isarco valley and of Brixen. Stay on the road (no. 7) and walk across meadows and forests passing by the stream Schneggenbarch. After a 35-minute-hike you reach the farm Gneller (1042 m). Continue on trail no. 7 uphill, which has become a narrow trail now, and pass by Mount Gratschenberg. You get to a forest road (no. 7) on which you keep right and walk by Stallboden (1155 m). This forest road leads back to Teis through the forest.
