Hike along the Urlärchenweg in Platt

We start our primeval hike in Platt (Moos in Passeier). At the village square we find the first signpost to the primeval circular walk. We walk along the road until we take the path to the left uphill through woods and meadows. There wild poppy, fennel and caraway grow. Follow trail no. 6 steadily uphill until you reach the hamlet of Farmazon after about 45 minutes. The power of the primordial animals: We take path 10 B, which leads us into the Farmazon valley. It becomes more and more rustic, here nature is still at peace with man. This is the only way to explain the fact that after about a quarter of an hour we are standing in front of mighty gnarled larches whose girth is enormous and whose thousand-year history makes our own lives seem short.
