Fairytale forest at the foot of the Sciliar
A circular hiking trail that can be recommended all year round and has its advantages in every season.

The Laranzer Rundwanderweg is a popular walking trail that offers different variants for all requirements. The tarred access road (marking 7B) first leads past the Mirabell Castle Hotel, farms and further up to the Hotel Rungghof. Soon after, the tarred road turns into a forest road (signposted "Königswarte", "Rundweg Laranz" No. 5), which leads through sunny fields to an old estate. Shortly afterwards, a paved forest road begins, which leads to the popular vantage point - the Königswarte (1150 m).
