A short and easy tour in the area around Tiso. The return route of this tour was created by the pupils at Tiso primary school as a botanical nature trail. In Tiso, there is also an interesting mineral museum that is worth seeing.

From Kirchplatz square in Tiso (850m), Gratschenberg trail no. 7 (indications) starts off on an asphalt road, then continues on paths through fields with a moderate climb to the north-west slopes of the mountain, with a view over the Bressanone basin, to several individual farmsteads. On the road you will cross several small waterfalls before reaching “Brünnl” by the Schneggenbach stream. In a wide horseshoe bend, forest path no. 7 ascends southwards to the locality of Stallboden (1,155m, highest point). The return route leads through two trenches to the locality of Mesnerboden (990m) and with no. 30A to the starting point at Tiso.
