Over the gentle crests of the summit plateau
This mountain is not spectacular, but the whole Upper Vinschgau lies at the hiker's feet. The path to the Köpfl is a forest, meadow and alpine pasture hike with good views.

The hike begins at the Lichtenberger Höfe. On trail no. 14 you first walk along the edge of the forest and then on no. 14B moderately ascending through meadows and forest to the Tschagein hut. Now hike over the tree-free ridge to the broad summit plateau of the Glurnser Köpfl. The way back leads over the ridge. At the fork in the path, follow the path to the right with the signs "Lichtenberger Alm" or "Dorferalm" and walk into the Gutfalltal valley, where the two alpine pastures are located. Walk on trail no. 14 back to the Lichtenberger Höfe farms.
