From the Gostnerhof in Spiluck (1380 m; inn; road up here from Vahrn) always follow trail no. 2 through the forest westwards up to the Steinwiesalm (1537 m; not managed) and continue on trail no. 2 through steep forest up to the Zirmaitalm (1891 m; bar; from Spiluck a good 1:30 hrs). - Descent: Via the ascent trail, a good 1 h.
