From Silandro (721 m) follow trail no. 3 on the path leading up into the Silandro Valley, then turn right and follow trail no. 7 up the steep serpentine path to the Fisolhof farm near Silandro Castle (1060 m, guesthouse, from Silandro just under 1 hour).
