From Ladurno|Ladurns to S. Antonio|St. Anton in the Pflerschtal Valley

Starting at the Ladurno parking lot (1,137m) head along the trail that passes near the Hotel Alpin. The leisurely walk through the valley follows the river near some farms passing sometimes to the left or the right hand side of the main road. On reaching the Anichen settlement, it’s worth stopping at the Botenhof herbal farm. Here, one can see how natural medicinal herbs are cultivated and processed (Nature’s gift to man). From here, continue further up the valley to the village of San Antonio (at 1,248 m) as far as Innerpflersch. Follow the same route down on the way back.
