Doss del Sabion - Lago Grual

After taking the ski lift up to Doss del Sabion, head back down in an easterly direction along the dirt trail that reaches the panoramic peak to the south-east. From here, continue along the now-paved road for around 200 m until you come to a sharp left turn. Leave the road behind and take the trail along the crest (you will come to a fork in the trail, take the path on the left). This will lead you to a opening from which Lake Valagola can be admired from above. It’s worth stopping here for a break on the distinctive larchwood benches. Next, head north through a wooded area. To the left, Lake Grual can be glimpsed along the route. In just a few minutes, you will reach another rest stop with benches set in a little clearing just a couple of metres from Monte Grual. Stay going south from here for a couple of minutes to reach Lake Grual, with its little stony beach: an excellent spot for refreshments thanks to the tables and benches with which it is equipped. Afterwards, keep going south, climbing the signposted trail along the Grual slope towards the road that will lead you directly to the Doss del Sabion lift.
