Forest and meadows.
The varied Deutschnofner circular hike leads through the cultivated landscape of the Reggelberg with great views.

From the centre of the village of Nova Ponente, follow trail no. 5 in a north-easterly direction, climbing slightly out of the village, until you meet trail no. 5A after about 20 minutes at a panorama sign. Do not continue along trail no. 5 here, but turn left onto trail no. 5A. Now follow side roads and paths directly northwards and finally westwards over meadows and through small woods in about 1 hour until you reach the road and the Wölflhof. A few metres before the Wölfl, the path with marker 11 leads out of the valley to the Steinerhöfen above Leifers. Follow this for about 10 minutes until a trail (no. 11B) leads up into the forest on the left. In three quarters of an hour you reach the Höggerhof snack station. The open meadows around the Jausenstation allow a wide view of the South Tyrolean Unterland. From here, follow the road eastwards for a few minutes, then turn right into Kirchweg and walk up and down for just over an hour back to Deutschnofen.
