Hello My name is Sonja and I am not an experienced hiker. This weekend I want to take my parents to the Dolomites. My parents aren’t used to physical activity and they have troubles with over- weight, too. They are 65 years old and have no other health issues. My mother could be afraid of steep and narrow paths. I would be thankful if you could tell me your opinion about this tour or give me another recommendation because I am afriad it is going to be to difficult for them. Take the cable car St.Ulrich – Seceda (Furnes –Seceda is closed?) Walk Secede-Pierolongia-Col Raiser Cable car Col Raiser- St Christina (can we take the lift just downhill?) Bus St. Christina -St Ulrich The day before I planned doing the Adolf Munkel Trail. Thank you very much Best regards Sonja

Hi Sonja, at First, please forgive me my englisch. Wen your Parents are not so good by feet, you can Go back. The trail take some Time 4 hours. You cand. take the Train downhill. The Adolf Munkel Way Is to strong.
