Distance 4.6 km
Author’s recommendation
The route, indicated for the fond of quietness and the war past of Val Rendena, develops mainly in a wood of conifers with a scenic view on all Val Rendena, on the glaciers of Adamello and on the Brenta Dolomites. The route combines the naturalistic aspects with the historical-ethnographical features, leading to the discover of some interesting remains of the Great War, as the Clemp Fort (Austrian outpost during the First World War). Along the itinerary there are many examples of the traditional mountain huts of Val Rendena.
