Circular tour starting in Conredo, to the pilgrimage church San Romedio and to Sanzeno
Coredo and its antique palaces are both the starting and the end point of this tour. From the village’s centre, you start on the main road toward Smarano until you reach path no. 537 on the left side or the Viale dei Sogni, which you can follow through the forest to the Coredo lake. Now continue to the capital El Palù, on the descending road (no. 537) until you reach Doss Canestrin. Continue downwards (path no. 535), following a narrow path next to rocky climbing walls to reach the church San Romedio. It is located on a rock and serves as an international pilgrimage location. From this point (bar and fenced area with bears) you continue on an asphalt road, which leads through the chasm to Sanzeno. After 400 m you turn right onto a panoramic path that leads you through the rock and brings you directly to the Rhaetian museum of Sanzeno, dedicated to the history of the Non Valley (Val di Non).
