Circular hike on the Naturnser Sonnenberg

From Naturno (554 m) follow the trail 10/8 between the houses to the upper edge of the village, from there in the direction of the Schwalbennest (swallow's nest) inn and on the old trail 10, partly steeply, partly only slightly uphill through the rocky bushy slopes to the Unterstell farm (1282 m, snack station, from Naturno a good 2 hours). Now continue on trail 10 to the left up to the Linthof farm (1464 m, from Unterstell approx. 40 minutes, refreshments possible in both farms). From the Linthof on the crossing Meraner Höhenweg (trail no. 24) on a largely level slope traverse eastwards to the Innerforch farmstead (1470 m, refreshments; a direct route from Unterstell to here is also possible), then partly downwards, partly level, crossing the slopes and a ditch to the Galmein farmstead (1384 m, also a refreshments station), after crossing the Kirchbachgraben almost level over to the Grubhof farmstead (1377 m; again refreshments possible, from Linthof 1:30 hrs.(1:30 hrs. from Linthof;
