Großartiger Aussichtsgipfel im Rojental zwischen Engadin und Vinschgau. Sehr lohnend in Verbindung mit dem panoramareichen Reschner Höhenweg.

Vom Weiler Rojen auf 1.973 m gleich nordwestlich über einen treppenartig, eingezäunten, breiten Steig etwa 100 m hoch. Dann entlang dem Wegweiser Nr. 10, der nach rechts, knapp oberhalb der Wiesen, über einen sanft angelegten Stei, der zu den oberen zierlichen Städelchen der letzten bewirtschafteten Wiesen führt. Es geht nun, immer dem markierten Steig folgend in nördliche Richtung hinauf. Am Wegweiser auf knapp 2.400 m auf dem Steig Nr. 7 nordwestlich über sanfte Böden hoch bis zur Äußeren Scharte auf 2.636 m. Von hier genießt man einen tollen Blick ins Unterengadin. Weiter am breiten Rücken nach rechts (nordöstlich) und unschwierig hoch zum aussichtsreichen Gipfel.
