From the ➊ car park in Sand in Taufers back to the tourist office and out onto the main road. Go briefly into the valley until you reach the ➋ bridge. Follow the forest road along the river Ahr in the direction of Luttach. At the first houses after Luttach, turn left at a ➌ small crossroads (do not follow the cycle path sign „mountain bike leicht“!). Cross the bridge to the ➍ main road. Turn right and follow the main road for approx. 1 km. Then take the cycle path and footpath on the right-hand side. Turn right at a ➎ bridge and continue left on the ➏ other side until you reach a ➐ fork in the forest. Turn right and continue along the farm track up to the ➑ footpath, where a beautiful and easy path begins. Continue to a small, winding ➒ junction; briefly straight ahead on the path to the ➓ tarred road and turn right uphill to the ⓫ junction. Continue left and briefly downhill to the ⓬ junction, where a signposted path (cycle path) branches off to the right.
