At the ➊ car park at the railway station in Brixen, immediately turn left onto the ➋ cycle path. Continue until just before the roundabout, where you leave the cycle path (not through the underpass) and enter the roundabout ➌. Take the third exit (signposted Brenner) and follow the main road until the sharp ➍ bend to the right. Go straight on to the hospital and continue straight on at the crossroads. Üe along the narrowing tarred road until you reach the ➎ main road and turn left. Continue for a short distance until the road to ➏ Vahrn (signposted) branches off to the left. Go under the underpass, up through the village until you reach a ➐ junction, where you turn right (signposted Spiluck). Continue uphill over several hairpin bends to the ruins of Salern Castle (780 m). Continue to the ➒ turn-off to Spiluck (958 m) and straight on to Schalders. At the ➓ church (1204 m) follow the bend to the right uphill and at the next ⓫ fork in the road continue straight on (large signpost) until
