On the cycling track of the Val Pusteria/Pustertal from the diocesan town of Bressanone/Brixen, passing Naz-Sciaves/Natz-Schabs, to Bunico/Bruneck

The stage B4 of the South Tyrolean Cycling Track leads from the diocesan town of Bressanone/Brixen passing Varna/Vahrn towards the lake Lago di Varna/Vahrner See. From here you continue to the fortress of Fortezza/Franzensfeste, where you turn right in direction of the Val Pusteria/Pustertal and upwards towards the town Rio di Pusteria/Mühlbach. Descending to Chiusa di Rio di Pusteria/Mühlbacher Klause you continue on the track along the river Rienza/Rienz, passing the towns of Vandoies di Sotto/Niedervintl, San Sigismundo/St. Sigmund and Chienes/Kiens. After the “Pflaurenzer Kopf” the track leads towards San Lorenzo/St. Lorenzen and further, on the main road, to Brunico/Bruneck.
