The 3rd stage of the South Tyrolean Cycling Track leads along the cycling track next to the river Isarco/Eisack to the medieval town of Chiusa/Klausen. In the valley you continue your journey until you reach Ponte Gardena/Waidbruck. At the gates of the Val Gardena/Gröden at 627m is located the castle Trostburg. Afterwards the valley starts to become more narrow and the track, leading also through tunnels, passes Campodazzo/Atzwang and Colma/Kolman towards Prato all’Isarco/Blumau, ending shortly afterwards in the main city of Bolzano/Bozen.
