Long Night of the Museums

Every year in late autumn, Bolzano's museums jointly organise a Long Night. With free admission and an accompanying programme that is both cultural and entertaining, visitors can enjoy a wide range of historical, artistic, strange and amazing exhibits to their heart's content. To go with this, sentres has put together a cycle tour that leads through Bolzano to the individual museums. Of course, this museum tour can be undertaken at any time of the year. The starting point is the central Waltherplatz. From here, head north, between the Hotel "Cittá" and the Sparkasse building, and immediately left into Silbergasse. Here, after a few metres (number 6), you will find the first stop, the Merkantilmuseum. After visiting the museum, turn left when leaving the building to the small Kornplatz and left again to the Bozner Lauben. Turn right here and drive along the Lauben until you reach Rathausplatz (about 100m). Turn left along Bindergasse in a northerly direction. In the right-hand corner
