Die Tour führt vom Langental in Gröden in die herrliche Umgebung der Puezspitze.
Die lange Tour zur Puezspitze hat ihren Start am Anfang des Langentales. Auf dem Forstweg geht hinein bis fast zum Talschluss. Auf Sommerweg 16 links ab und bergwärts hinauf bis ins freie Gelände des Munt de Puez. Durch ein Schotterkar in vielen Spitzkehren gerade hinauf bis zur Rückseite des Bergkammes zwischen Puezkofel und Puezspitze. Links halten und unterhalb vom Berkamm bis zur Puezspitze hinauf. Die Abfahrt erfolgt auf dem Aufstiegsweg.
