Challenging route
The trail leads uphill from the place where “Ötzi” the iceman was uncovered.

Ascent: from the terminal at the top of the Grawand cable car we ski down the piste to the terminal at the foot of the “Finail” ski lift (2,950 m). We turn right and continue along the middle of the wide valley slope to below the sérac (approx. 45 min. from the Rifugio Bella Vista). We go up diagonally left along the mountain slope to a rocky wall (keeping an eye out for crevasses on the right!). Now we head right, below a sérac, and up to under a sharp ridge on the right. We go diagonally right past a steep slope and reach a plateau. We continue diagonally left to below the last steep slope of the Punta di Finale, we go up to the right-hand side and reach a pass. Here we leave our skis (keeping an eye out for snow ledges!). We follow the very steep rocky ridge and, after approx. 20 min., we reach the summit on the left. Descent: via the same route.
