Cima Gallina Ski touring to the Rifugio Gallina on the Cima Gallina in the Alta Valle Isarco
We follow the route (sledge run) for approx. 700 m as far as an intersection. We continue briefly, then turn left onto the summer route and follow it through the wood until we join the sledge run again (1,450 m). We continue up going past the section without trees as far as a fence (1,700 m), then ahead all the way to the Rifugio (1,868 m, open). Going around the back from left to right we continue up as far as the old terminal at the top of the ski lift and the old military installations (2,680 m). We go up along the ridge which takes us to the highest eastern point.
Descent via the same route.
