High cradle top
Challenging ski tour through the Mastauntal valley to the Hohe Wiegespitze in the Schnalstal valley.
Go up to the right of the stream and along the path to the Mastaunalm, 1810 m, which you leave on the right. Continue down the rather flat valley to the foot of a steep step, approx. 2120 m, which closes off the entire valley. First climb up the middle of a slightly pronounced ridge and then turn left to the lowest point of the escarpment. At about 2350 m you reach flatter terrain. Go up left over narrow depressions, exactly in an easterly direction, until it flattens out at about 2520 m. The summit is now visible. The summit is now visible. Slightly left to large rocky outcrops, 2580 m. Now flat into a large depression below the summit slope. First in a moderate slope, then steeper and steeper to the left to the ridge and over this to the right up to the summit.
