A Punta Bianca - Hoher Weisszint High Mountain Trail

From Brunico along theSelva dei Molini - Mühlwald to the last car park by the Neves reservoir (1,860 m; toll road from Lappago - Lappach). Following route 26 to the west along a valley of meadows and rock leads to the Rifugio Edelrauthütte-Ponte di Ghiaccio (2,545 m; 2 hours at least). Walking up a strenuous zigzag trail to the north takes us to a small glacier (Weisszintferner) with a few crevasses, and from there to the col (Obere Weisszintscharte, 3,198 m). We will continue walking on the ridge line crossing over a glaciated section to the next rocky crest and eventually reach the cross on the summit (3,371 m, 3 hours). Return via the same route.
