The source of the Adige River is just ten minutes away from the village of Resia in the Venosta Valley, 1,550 m above sea level. A small stream starts here and goes through the village of Resia and along Lake Mutta, increasingly swelling to become one of the longest rivers in Italy. The tables show all you need to know. From this point onwards hikers will enjoy wonderful views over Resia and fairy-tale landscapes.
The Adige originates from a small stream in the upper section of the Venosta Valley
