We serve home-style Tyrolean cuisine with a Mediterranean touch. In our kitchen, we mainly use regional, fresh, and seasonal products (for example, vegetables from our garden during spring and summer, venison, pumpkins, mushrooms and chestnuts in autumn, rutabaga and pickles in winter, etc.). Our desserts are also exclusively homemade.
During springtime, the healthy and vitalizing asparagus is used in a variety of meals prepared by our chef. We have been active members of Terlano’s asparagus season since its early beginning. We only use Terlano’s Margarete asparagus for the preparation of our dishes and serve it both traditionally, with “Bozner Sauce” (mainly made out of eggs), horseradish sauce and ham, as well as processed in combination with various matching seasonal delicacies.
